don grant bail to Nollywood actor Baba Ijesha wey bin dey face trial.

[Baba Ijesha] which was accused of sexual assault.
Has plead and granted Bail the charges against him for alleged
defilement of minor.
The Ikeja court in Lagos,
Nigeria commercial capital has finally come to conclusion that his not guilty
which leads to his grant.
The bail condition was to pay the amount of two million Naira which
includes sureties.
According to the judge rule the actor must meet the bail
conditions in seven days.
Which he must also provide a
lawyer, and a well recognized closure who’s reside in Lagos.
The Lagos state government
establish criminal case against Olanrewaju James, recommend him to face
five-count charge.
On June 16 the Yaba Chief Magistrate Court deny Baba Ijesha bail
request for is case. Which Babatunde Ogala SAN was the person who represent
Baba Ijesha. Ogala along with Dada Awosika SAN and Kayode Olabinrin and other
lawyers stood by him.
Furthermore, In all, over 15 lawyers appears before the court, Ijesha on Thursday morning along the ministry
of Justice later drop the case for government lawyers.
After all finding and prove, court adjour his case to 26, 27 and
28 of July.
